How this challenge was approached and solved
Conducted mixed-methods research including diary studies, interviews, and surveys with 50+ users. Synthesized findings to identify that users were struggling with a specific workflow that wasn't supported. Created journey maps, personas, and presented findings to stakeholders. Designed and prototyped the solution, ran usability tests, and collaborated with engineering to ship.
