The Story
How this challenge was approached and solved
Introduced blue/green deploys, traffic shadowing, and circuit breakers. Added latency budgets per domain and tuned connection pooling to cut p99 from 420ms to 160ms under 4x load. Rolled out per-tenant rate limits and synthetic canaries to detect edge regressions before customer traffic was impacted.
